A Dr Soto from Peru started in 2019 and yes , I have been performing this procedure for MUCH longer but my principle is that the knowledge of a non surgical ( with FAR less risks) option is spread across the world . I will upload a screenshot of the article from IPSAS ( for my colleagues ) it highlights how fat transfer ( grafting) has anything between 40 % - 90% FAILURE risk meaning you may end up with NO result , another fact I liked was that a lot more people will understand why you can do BOTH fat transfer and fillers especially if you're not happy with the shape after fat transfer.
