We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. We will always try to satisfy you wherever we can.
We are processing our online orders on business days from Monday to Friday. If we have the item in stock we process your order on the same business day.
If you did a direct payment through our site, we will start processing straight away. If you selected EFT processing and shipping will only start once payment is received. You can send your proof of payment to email@example.com. Please make sure you put in your order number as a reference.
We will ship within South Africa for a fee of R 80. We are working with professional shipping providers, to get your products to you. We can provide you with a track and trace number on request.
If you want to order and have your order shipped internationally. Please send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org so we can create you a quote.
We take great care in making sure that your order is in a brand new condition when packed for shipping. Any items lost or damaged during shipping is the responsibility of the delivery carrier. If a package arrives damaged, the addressee must initiate the claim against the shipper. If damages have occurred please contact us at email@example.com so we can assist you with the process.
Due to the nature of our personal products we cannot accept any returns or refund your money. If you believe that there is a defect with your product or have a complaint, please contact us on: firstname.lastname@example.org
